Attendance is crucial for optimum learning and cohesive class discipline and structure. Students are encouraged not to miss class or rehearsal and are allowed to observe class when otherwise unable to participate. If a dancer has missed more than three classes consecutively without studio notification it is up to the discretion of the director to allow the child to return to class or participate in the performance.

Please contact the office in person, by telephone, or by email regarding an absence. The student is then able to make up the class at an equal level or one immediately above or below within a one-month period if they choose to do so. No credit is given if the student elects not to make up the class.

Tuition must be up to date to make up a class due to absence. If a student decides to drop the course for any reason the studio must be given a thirty-day notice in person, by telephone, or in writing. The account will continue to be billed until the date of notification.
